"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God".2 Corinthians 1:3,4(KJV) May these words comfort you during your time of grief. God see's and knows your pain and will like you to draw comfort from him. When some dies, many wonder 'Why do we die'? 'What happens when we die?' 'Is there hope for the dead?' God gives us the answers to these question in his word the Bible. Romans 5:12 "Through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because they had all sinned." so we die because of the disobedience of our first parents Adam and Eve. Psalm 146:4 "His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; on that very day his thoughts perish". Acts 24:15 "There is going to be a resurrection of both righteous and the unrighteous." God helps us to see that the dead can do nothing so there is no need to fear the dead but there is hope, that you can see your dead loved one again in the future when such ones will be resurrected.
