I am so sorry to hear of the passing of young Jason Walcott. My condolences to you and your family. I am writing to share words of comfort from the scriptures because God sees your pain and He cares for you. He knows the sting of death and made provisions for us. John 11:25 reads:
“Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life;”
God cares about us so much that he sent His only begotten son to die in our behalf and now we have the hope of seeing our dead loved ones again. You CAN see Jason again; this is a promise Jehovah has made and He is not a liar. I invite you to visit the site JW.org where many more comforting scriptures can be found. Below I have attached one such article from the site which explains the resurrection in more detail:

I encourage you to read it so you can be comforted in the same way it comforted me.

Jason Glen Walcott departed prematurely. Condolences to All of You. Death is a sting that compares to none. It shatters everything inside of us. What hope is there for dead loved ones? Acts 24 : 15. All those in God's memory will live again. That reality will be in a coming Paradise. If you need more details on Resurrection, Kingdom, Paradise or God's purpose for us, kindly visit jw.org.

Tricia Mills posted a condolence

My name is Tricia Mills. You may not know me but when I read of the passing of your beloved 'Jason' I wanted to give my sympathy and to share some words of comfort and hope with you. Losing someone in death is a painful experience, more so a child and a young child, it stings and grieves the loved ones deeply. Death is described as a 'Sting' and 'Enemy' that no matter who we are, where we live, or how old we are, we are all subject to it and it's painful consequence. There is hope though, and millions around the world find comfort in this hope.
God tells us in his word the Bible, why we die, what happens when we die, and what hope there is for the dead.
Romans 5:12 tells us that because of the disobedience of our first parents Adam and Eve we have all inherited sin and it's consequence of sickness and death. John 11:11,13,14 "After he said these things, he added: “Lazʹa·rus our friend has fallen asleep, but I am traveling there to awaken him.”Jesus, however, had spoken about his death. But they imagined he was speaking about taking rest in sleep. Then Jesus said to them plainly: “Lazʹa·rus has died",
Yes, you can have comfort that 'Jason' is asleep, and no further harm can come to him. (Psalm 146:4)
Acts 24:15 "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous."
So you can look forward to that time, when you can see your beloved 'Jason' again right here on the earth under better conditions. I am leaving a video link below for your viewing. It will tell you how you can learn more about this hope. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
