Please accept my heartfelt sympathies, losing a dear loved one is not an easy experience. When my father died we took comfort in our Lord Jesus’ words written at John 11:12,13,25 which states that death is like a sleep, and that Jesus has the power to ‘wake’ those sleeping in death back to life to receive the promise recorded at Psalm 37:29 which is everlasting life right here on earth. Jehovah’s word contains much practical advice and comfort for those who’re grieving.
