Kenneth a.k.a. “Granin” Houlass seemed so warm, kind-hearted and loving. Condolences to All bereaved by his death. Have you thought about the idea of being with him again? How is that possible, you may ask? Only our Creator can do so. He wants to bring back persons to live forever on this earth. That was His original purpose. No one can stop that from happening. So being with Kenneth Houlass is possible.
All of this can be confirmed in God's word and this website, jw.org.

To the family and friends of Mr. Kenneth you have experience a great lost, one that words can hardly explain. I ask that you please accept my condolences.
It seems soo hard to understand why we only get to spend such a short time with our love ones, then we loose them in death. At this time you might be grappling with many disquieting thoughts and questions as to, Why we die? Does God really care?
It's interesting what the Holy writings says at John 3 : 16 " For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life". Jehovah God made hope for the dead possible by sending his son to die for us. He also understands our pain because he knows what it feels like to loose a love one. This loving provision from God really shows that he deeply cares and love us as individuals.
Rest assured that soon this promise will come through at Hosea 13 : 14 " From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; From death I will recover them. Where are your stings, O Death? Where is your destructiveness, O Grave? Compassion will be concealed from my eyes".

My husband and I wishes to send our deepest condolence to the family of Kenneth Houlass. While, we do not know your family, when we read about your dear Kenneth and saw your photos, the family seems warm and kept Kenneth close, this moved us to write to you.
Millions around the world have lost loved ones and what we all have in common is the loss and grief that accompany death. Some even saying that they feel a void that cannot be filled. Many have found comfort though in what the Bible teaches about the condition of the dead. While, not removing the grief , we have found comfort and gotten reliable answers to our questions.
At Ecclesiastes chapter 9 and verse 5 says "For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten." You can also read verses 6 and 10. The Bibles clear and simple explaination is that the dead is unconscious, we cannot help them and they cannot harm us.
To understand this clearly please view the following video https://www.jw.org/en/publications/books/good-news-from-god/what-hope-for-the-dead/video-condition-of-dead-lazarus/#?insight[search_id]=c01d39f2-b468-487b-9456-1b79bae
The Bible also teaches that there is hope for our dead loved ones. For more information please contact us at the above email address, also please visit our official website jw.org.
