Hello to the family and friends of "Mr. Baptiste", I am sorry for your lost. Loosing a love one in death is something we can never get accustom to, no matter who we are or where we live, Why? Because death was never part of God's original plan for mankind. We were created with the ability to live forever without getting sick and dying.
The Bible however, holds out a bright wonderful hope for all mankind that we can look forward to. One such hope is found at Acts 24 : 15 " And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous". So we can be comforted to know that our love ones who have fallen asleep in death can live again. Notice what Jesus the son of God said at John 5 : 28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment". So their is no doubt that God can bring back our dead love ones who are in his memory.
