Hello, I wish to express my deepest sympathies for the lost of your dear Dennis. From my own experience I know losing a loved one is difficult. Allow me please to share with your family what helped us to cope with the agony that results from death.
Jehovah’s word the Bible comforts us through all our trials. Within its pages are found the real cause of death. Romans 5:12 says we die because of inherited sin. This was not part of Jehovah’s purpose, so when a loved one dies the Bible at Isaiah 63:9 states that Jehovah feels distressed to see anyone, including your family, going this period. The time will come though for Jehovah to act and remove the “enemy death” forever as 1 Corinthians 15:26 promises.
