My condolences to the Family and Friends of Mr. John Lawrence Phillip. Death, no matter how many times we have had to deal with it we can never get accustom or come to terms with the death of a loved one. The Bible at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 gives us some comfort, it reads "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials....." Death was never part of God's original purpose for humankind and so he promises us that the time will come when there will be no more death, at Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Just imagine the time when there will be no more death.
