My sincerest condolences to the family of Mrs.Clarke, though I did not know her personally my heart goes out to those left behind to grieve her passing. My hope therefore is to share a comforting hope for the future one which the our Creator, who cannot lie, holds out to us. Underscoring how the Almighty feels about death, he refers to it as an "enemy" at 1Corinthians15:26. What will he do about this "enemy" please consider the words for Revelation21:4 "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, AND THERE SHALL BE NO MORE DEATH, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." How comforting that our loving Creator promises to put an end to death, but what about those who have already died? We find comfort in God's word at Isaiah26:19 "Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead" What a time that will be! For now we find comfort in the hope of seeing our dead loved ones again. When that will happen God's word does not leave us to wonder, feel free then to visit our website www.jw.org for the answers to this and many more questions.
