Condolences to the family! I just did a google search to see what information I could find on her and was met with the news that she passed via this site. Miss Salvador was my teacher many, many, many years ago. I always remember her fondly for not giving up on me when I wanted to quit. Those are the experiences that remain with students even into adulthood and impact them in their own interactions with students. So till this day she influences me even though she is gone, that is who Miss Salvador was to me.
