Obituary of Adeina Adana Alleyne

ADEINA'S LIFE Adeina Adana Alleyne was born to Victoria Alleyne (deceased) and Neal Alexander in Gasparillo, Victoria County. She was the second child and only girl to her parents, she has two brothers, Adesa Alleyne and Kambui Alexander. Deina as she was affectionately called, took her early education at the Mahasabha Elementary School in Gasparillo before she relocated to Broadway, San Fernando where she attended St. Paul’s A.C. Elementary School, then San Fernando East Jr. and then later transfered to Tabaquite Composite School. Adenia bore three children, Shyla Newton 10, Alejandro Waldrop 7 and Aaryn Waldrop 2 years. Adeina was employed by Puff ‘N’ Stuff Bakery for many years where she moved up in leadership to become a Supervisor, and was a dedicated worker. During that time she developed a strong bond with her Work Family. On the evening of March 9th, 2021 her life was taken away tragically, her beautiful and humble spirit will forever remain with us. Adeina left to mourn her children: Shyla, Alejandro and Aaryn; Brothers: Adesa, Kambi and Rossi. Father: Neal Alexander, Grandmothers: Jean Alleyne, Florence Alexander, Grandfather: Leroy Hills, only niece: Mikalah Alexander. Aunts: Shirley, Jacqueline, Marilyn, Cheryl, Judith, Denise and Esterlyn, Maureen Arrindell. Uncles: Winston, Leon, Leary, Ricky, Lincoln, Godfrey, Rev. Irvin Smith, Owen Clement. Cousins: Karen, Christal, Kern, Kerlene, Kendall, Allister, Kizzy, Kinda, Asha, Iyan, Sherryann, Keron, Lizan, Muhammad, Kyle, Melissa, Olayinka, Olayemi and Karis. Her work family at PUFF ‘N’ STUFF Bakery who loved her dearly. Other extended families and a host of friends and hearts she captured during her short stay with us. SPECIAL THANKS ROM THE FAMILY Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent those beautiful flowers. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, as anyone who knew Deina could say. Perhaps you were not there at all, just prayed for us as we mourn.
