To the friends, family and dear loved ones of Mr. Selwyn Sobers , my sympathies to you. Your grief may be great and words may not be enough to express the pain that you feel , but take comfort in knowing that God knows how you feel.
He sees your pain and offers comfort . Psalm 50:15 says " Call on me in the time of distress. I will rescue you ,..."
Our God and Creator understands grief and offers comfort . Along with that he gives a promise , one that no one else can give.
At Isaiah 26 :19 it says 'Your dead will live again....." It may seem like a dream but our loving God Jehovah gives his promise, that he will fulfill in the future.
Rest assured that your grief does not go unnoticed . Soon Jehovah will rid the earth of anything that causes his people pain , suffering and death. It will truly be a time to look forward too.

To Ms. Sherma Sobers and the other loved ones of Mr Selwyn Sobers,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on your loss. You may not know me but I was moved to share an encouraging Bible scripture that can strengthen you during this difficult time. In considering the death of the 12 year old daughter of Jairus at Mark 5: 35:43) Jesus on hearing the report of the girl's death at verse 36 of the same scripture, Jesus said "Have no fear, only exercise faith". Faith is indeed necessary if we are to see our dead loved ones again. John 3: 16 tells us that exercising faith is a requirement for everlasting life. Faith is the basis why faithful men of old including Abraham, Job, Elijah, David were confident in their resurrection! Even many today many around the world develop, strengthen and exercise their faith despite facing illness, poverty, war, persecution and other death-like situations or undergoing the loss of a loved one. Strong faith is not merely a feeling that God exists but the "assured expectation of what is hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities that are not seen" (Hebrews 11:2). On this note i would like to share one of our faith-strengthening and comforting videos from the www.jw.org website that can assure you of the reality of the soon to take place resurrection. Please visit the link below and may your family be comforted at this time
