Please accept my sincere condolences. The passing of Lystra Virginia Ruiz is indeed a loss. Death makes us sad ,it creates a void that cannot be filled . Where can we find comfort?
Friends and family ,their love and support can carry us through. We can also draw strength from our God and creator because he knows how we feel.
At Jeremiah 8:18 it says " My grief is incurable . My heart is sick" Is that how you feel?
God promises that we can be reunited with our loved ones . This is his promise to us.
At Acts 24:15 it says " There is going to be a resurrection "
This is a wonderful promise for all of us. To know how and when this will happen.

My sincerest condolences to the family of Lystra Virginia Ruiz. Even though the family may not know me personally, Yet I share in your grief. Losing a loved one in death is never an easy experience, it’s a tragedy that deeply affects both family and friends. However, all is not lost. Words of comfort from the scriptures can help in the grieving process. Since God is our Creator, he knows exactly how you feel and just what can comfort you. At Psalms 94:19 it says “when my disquieting thoughts became many inside of me, your own consolations began to fondle my soul.’ So it shows when our mind needs comfort, one of the things that can surely help us is reading God’s word and thinking deeply about what it says. One of the scriptural gems that really helps is the promise found at John 5: 28 & 29 which say “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life..............” May this promise bring comfort to the family and may we all be thankful to Jehovah, who made victory over death possible through our lord Jesus Christ.

To the family of Lystra,
I am writing to express my condolences at this time and to share with you some comforting scriptures from the Bible.
Can the dead live again? Our Creator gives us hope in the Bible that the answer is "yes". At Acts 24:15 it says "There is going to be a resurrection..." This means that you have the hope of seeing Lystra alive again, right here on earth! That will be exciting to experience. Imagine being able to talk with her again. Knowing this promise can give us comfort right now when we are experiencing sadness (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). We can have confidence that this will really take place because our Creator Jehovah has resurrected persons in the past (John 11:39-44). He is also eager to do it again (1 Corinthians 15:26). I hope that these verses have brought you some comfort and hope. You can find more information at jw.org.
Sincerely,
S. Rampersad

Please accept my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mrs. Lystra Viginia Ruiz. During this time of distress you may receive comfort from family, friends and even well meaning strangers. However, your sentiments may well reflect that of one Bible writer who said " My grief is incurable...my heart is sick" (Jeremiah 8:18). This is understandable since, our innermost feelings can neither be precisely expressed at all times, or be always understood by onlookers. “Two are better than one . . . For if one of them falls, the other can help his partner up.”—Ecclesiastes 4:9, 10. Accepting support from family and friends is very important in coping with grief and this timeless principle is found in the ancient book of wisdom, the Bible. I have enclosed a photo taken from the article, “Help for Those Who Grieve”, found at, https://www.jw.org/en/library/magazines/awake-no3-2018-nov-dec/ The photo shows three suggestions based on this Bible principle that have proved practical for many. This Bible principle is 1 of 12 mentioned in the article. I hope this proves useful in your time of grief.
