Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your beloved father, relative and friend. The painful sting of death is never easy and many wonder if death is the end of it all, if loved ones could ever be reunited with each other. God's Word answers this with a convincing yes!!! The apostle Paul at Acts 24:15 was convinced of his hope in the resurrection and noted that other men also looked forward to that hope. Furthermore, God promised to be like a tent, protecting his people from the agony and grief which sin and death bring. He himself promised that "death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain, the former things have passed away" (Revelation 21:3&4).
