Bernice Alexander seemed so pleasant and loving! Condolences to you All. When next you see her, it will be nothing like she was at 81 years. God is resurrecting persons to a youthful state, in a Paradise soon to come. Job 33 : 25. Details of who God is, a resurrection, God's Kingdom and Paradise can be accessed from jw.org.

Aldwyn, Julien, Curtis please accept my sympathy on the passing of your Mom Bernice. Nothing hurts more than losing a loved one in death, you feel a sense of emptiness and a void that nothing seems to fill, not having your Mom around to call on is really a deep loss. But is death the end and be all for your Mom? Is there any hope for her? The dead are not forgotten, God remembers the dead and tells of hope, a hope that you can hold for your Mom. He tells us in his word the Bible;
"All those in the memorial tombs will...come out." - John 5:28,29 God remembers the dead, and those in his memory will come back to life.
"There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." - Acts 24:15 Billions will be brought back to life with the hope of living forever on earth in the abundance of peace. "...and is based on a hope of the everlasting life, that God who cannot lie, promised long ago." Titus 1:2
"God counts the number of the stars; he calls all of them by name." - Psalm 147:4. Being able to call all the stars by name, God can easily remember those whom he will resurrect, like your Mom.
