My name is Tricia, you may not know me but I wanted to share some words of comfort with you on the passing of your beloved 'Yvonne'. Death is something that as humans we can never get accustom to or come to terms with. I have lost loved ones in death and I know that the pain remains with you, in time it becomes easier to deal with but it never goes away. What has brought me comfort are the promises outlined in God's word the Bible, and I wanted to share those with you.
Ezekiel 18:32 "'I do not take any pleasure in the death of anyone', declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah. 'So turn back and live.'" Psalm 146:4 "His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground;on that very day his thoughts perish."
It is comforting to that our loving and heavenly Father, did not take your beloved 'Yvonne' and that she can no longer suffer or feel pain. God further comforts us with a hope for our dead loved ones and the future.
John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces."
