Here we are again as I look towards coming home. You are not there getting all excited, counting the weeks, then the days. I am not counting either. Keeping it simple, too painful to be there Christmas morning without you. So Bro I miss you. Last year with the border closed it was not as bad. This year with the border open, ticket in hand the tears are flowing. You are in my heart, my thoughts, my life. There is always a seat at the table for you, my baby brother. Enjoy your life with Jesus. I will join you one day. Big Sis

Andy Peter Matiste has left many heartbroken. Condolences to Family, Neighbors and Friends. Although our pain and hurt is great at this time, know that being with him again is real. Acts 24 : 15. Kathleen strongly believes this. God definitely wants it to happen too. Imagine the joy and happiness when you are reunited again! Please accept my sincerest condolences. It has been almost one year since Andy's passing but I know that the pain of his loss is still there. Please permit me to share just one comforting Bible verse that has been helping me. It’s John 5:28 which says: "the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." I long for the day when this will occur and I am sure you do as well. My Bro how I miss you each day. I know that you are at rest and am grateful for all the years we shared.
It's a bitter sweet time as I prepare to come home. No more smiles larger than life. No more " what are the plans for today".
No more anticipation of spending time together.
The memories of times past will do for now. The Father had need of you and He took you. Will see you one day.
